Dear Brethren and Friends
As my sponsored Ride of Rutland Water was a success in raising funds for a memorial vase for (Andy Curl) and a dedicated Chaplains Chair (in memory of Des Hancock), I thought it was time to bring out the new Trek bike into the sponsorship ring.
Before the Lockdown Carol and I use to visit several cafe’s in the Biggleswade and St Neots areas, mainly those with CAKE. Returning to these will bring back very fond memories
To continue the tradition of cycling based charity rides, I will be accompanied on all of the rides, by Ash Curl.
Our intention is to complete the series, over a 2 week period, most likely in May.
We will be publishing the dates for each adventure, nearer the time and, hope that some of you will join us for your favourite ride and lovely cafes serving refreshments and, most importantly, CAKE.
The following cafes are in locations which are both scenic and, have a cycle ride around or near them.
